Further to updated COVID-19 guidance from the British Society of Audiology and sector professional bodies (15/01/2021), ACS have updated their risk assessments and have revised operating procedures for otoscopy and ear impression taking. We operate using our constantly updated COVID Secure protocols to ensure your safety and that of our staff.

Our Banbury head office and production lab are open with a reduced workforce but ACS custom products can be ordered in the usual way. Non-custom products can now be ordered online again, and will be shipped as per our usual service.

Some of our audiologists and dealers, including Boots Hearingcare, are open and have resumed ear impression taking. We recommend that you contact your local dealer to see if they can take your ear impressions before placing an order. Please click here to find a list of our authorised dealers.
