We constantly review our risk assessments and revise our operating procedures for otoscopy and ear impression taking in line with updated COVID-19 guidance from the British Society of Audiology and sector professional bodies (published 01/10/2021).

We operate using our strict COVID Secure protocols to ensure your safety and that of our staff.

Our Banbury and London offices together with our production lab are open by appointment only and our products can be ordered in the usual way. Non-custom products can be ordered online, and will be shipped as per our usual service.

As far as we know all of our audiologists and dealers, including Boots Hearingcare Centres, are open and continue to offer ear impression taking. However, please be aware that COVID Secure Policies may differ from centre to centre, so please contact them for more details accordingly. Also, some centres are experiencing delays due to a backlog of appointments and limited staff. Please click here to find a list of our authorised dealers.

On-site visits by our Technicians can be made following our COVID Secure policies and procedures as long as sites are accepting contractors following their COVID safe protocols.
